1-1 gym based (Harborne) training sessions lasting one hour, cardio and resistance based workouts using basic gym equipment and weights.

Group training is also available (2 persons up to 4 persons)

 

I also offer:

1-1 Pilates sessions

Small group Pilates sessions (4-6 people)
