The Saturday morning class is cancelled permanently Due to unforeseen circumstances at the venue ‘Unique Physique’ in Halesowen.
I have no plans to find a new venue, as the numbers on Saturday morning have been low. If I get more interest in starting a Saturday morning class I shall look for another hall and recommence, but until then I shall stay with the weeknight classes.
My apologies to the regular Saturday morning students, I hope to see you at my other classes.

I am going on retreat again next week; I am away from Wednesday 15th July to Sunday 19th July.
All classes on the following days will not be running:

Hello Tuesday people!
Unfortunately there is no class this Tuesday 2nd June; the function room at the Bear is being used for a psychic fair.
Sorry for any inconvenience, the class is back on as normal from Tuesday 9th June.
It’s going to be sunny so you could lay back and have a BBQ instead………….or you could work on your beach body by coming to one of my other classes in the week.

In case you didn’t know or had forgotten here are the dates of the classes that are cancelled in the next couple of weeks:
I apologies for any inconvenience caused, you can blame my friend for having her baby christened and another friend for being rude enough to have a birthday celebration in Bournemouth!
All classes Monday to Wednesday are running as normal (with the acception of the Monday 7.30pm class at Onneley due to the bank holiday, both Cocksmoors Woods and Birmingham Sports Centre classes will be running on bank holiday Monday). All Friday and Saturday classes are back to normal from Friday 29th May, hope to see you then.
I understand this may be a little confusing! Just give me a call or email if you need to confirm anything.

Hello all,
There will be NO 7pm Tuesday class in Bearwood next week 3rd March 2009; this is due to the room being hired out for other purposes that night. The class will be back on as normal on the following week – Tuesday 10th March 2009. Please feel free to come to any of my other classes next week instead.
Unfortunately due to low attendance the later Tuesday class at 8.45pm in Halesowen is cancelled permanently as of next week.
Saturday morning 10am class in Halesowen is still going, more numbers needed though – please come along!
